• Advise on all kind of legal issues and notice issuance.
• Advising on suitable Dispute resolution Mechanism and Litigation Strategy before various Judicial Authorities.
• Advising on all matters relating to Industrial Relations, Drafting of Standing Order, formulating of policies relating to Wage Structure, Gratuity, Bonus and all other similar matters.
• Liasoning before Statutory Authority such as Labour Commissioner.
• Appear on behalf of the client before statutory bodies or authorities as and when instructed by them.
